His expertise spans cash flow optimization, working capital management, audit and IPO readiness, governance strengthening, ERP implementation, and strategic financial planning.

Amin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the United States and Canada, an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA – CIMA UK), and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He has also completed executive education at MIT focused on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on business strategy.
