This page explains the terms for text messages from Epicwayz LLC, doing business as Epicwayz Advisors (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Types of Messages You Will Receive
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Epicwayz Advisors at the mobile number you provide. These messages are limited to:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling. Example: “Epicwayz Advisors: Reminder of your appointment on [date] at [time]. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Account and document notifications. Example: “Epicwayz Advisors: A document is ready for your review. Please check your email. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Invoice and deadline reminders. Example: “Epicwayz Advisors: Your invoice is due on [date]. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- Replies to questions you send us.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages at this time.
How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive text messages in either of these ways:
- Website form. Check the unchecked box on our website form that says you agree to receive text messages from Epicwayz Advisors, and submit the form.
- Verbally or in writing. Tell our office that you agree to receive text messages, or sign a written authorization.
By opting in, you give your prior express written consent to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can use our services without opting in to texts. You confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies, and you should expect no more than a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message or text STOP to 214.883.2774 at any time. We will send one final message to confirm, and you will receive no more texts unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We keep a record of your consent. We never share your mobile number or opt in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or bank details, by text.
